   has been around for 23+ years. Having started drag racing on the streets of Oroville in 1985, and then moving to the race track in 1986 at Oro Dam Raceway in Oroville, Ca.

The first year racing a '64 Chevy Nova, Penny established her track presence by obtaining the Rookie of the Year award and hasn't stopped. She's come a long way from a 283 cu in Chevy V-8 with a 4-speed to a Blown Alcohol 6 second dragster! Earning her credentials the hard way... one 1/4 mile at a time.
